Muse Atelier ships within Canada.

Free Shipping is offered on all Canadian orders over $75 CAD (before tax).
Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $9.99 CAD.

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier transit times. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to factors beyond our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Muse Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen & Delivered Packages

Muse Atelier is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, we recommend contacting the carrier directly or checking with your building management or neighbors.

For added peace of mind, we recommend selecting a secure delivery location.
