Lifetime Warranty

Muse Atelier stands behind the craftsmanship of every piece. We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, including faults in materials, clasps, closures, or stone settings. If a defect is confirmed, Muse Atelier will, at its discretion, repair the item, replace it, or issue store credit of equal value. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, bending, tarnishing, fading of plating, accidental damage, or alterations performed by a third party. Plated jewelry and sterling silver naturally change over time; tarnishing, fading, and surface wear are expected and are not considered manufacturing defects.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and clear photos so we can assess the issue. Approved warranty claims will be resolved through repair, replacement, or store credit. 

If you're not happy with your purchase, we promise to make it right. Simply let us know by emailing us at hello@shopmuseatelier.com. Refunds or exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase.

Jewelry Care

Thoughtful care preserves the beauty and longevity of your Muse Atelier jewelry. Avoid exposure to water, sweat, and beauty products, and always put jewelry on last and remove it first. Do not wear jewelry while sleeping, exercising, showering, washing hands, or swimming. After each wear, gently wipe your piece with a soft, dry cloth to remove oils and residue, then store it in a sealed pouch or box in a cool, dry place away from humidity.

925 sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time due to exposure to air and moisture; this is normal and can be restored by polishing with a soft cloth. Gold-plated jewelry is designed for beauty and longevity, but plating will naturally soften and fade over time depending on wear, friction, skin chemistry, and care. Following these guidelines will help extend the life of your pieces.
